10 000 THANK YOUs
I am delighted to announce that we have passed the 10 000 visits landmark this week. Many thanks for your interest. To celebrate the occasion I am posting a photograph taken during my last trip in France where a statue of Nicéphore Niépce, father of Photography, has been unveiled few years ago on the main square of my birth place. Draveil isn't far from the site where the first ever photograph was taken but it isn't the actual place to be frank. Anyway, glad to witness that kind of celebration back home.

We are absolutely delighted with the results; you have taken very many wonderful close-up shots of our friends and family for which we thank you most sincerely. You have provided us with a wonderful record of our celebration which will remain with us, we hope, for many years yet to come.

A testimony of togetherness, respect and friendship from friends and families, a community and beyond.
